If you need temporary accommodation following the severe weather events and live in any of the affected regions, register your details with us and a temporary accommodation coordinator will call you in a few days to discuss helping find a temporary housing solution that works for you.

Register online, or by calling 0508 754 163.

Even if you currently have friends or whānau to stay with and only think you may need this service in the coming weeks or months, we recommend you register now. You only need to register once per household.

Our coordinators work with affected households to understand their housing requirements, identify temporary accommodation options, and provide guidance on how to access support services such as insurance advice.

Until suitable temporary accommodation is found, you may still need to stay with friends or whānau, or in other emergency accommodation.
